(DAYTON, OHIO), JANUARY 20 – Norman-Spencer, a leading property & casualty program administrator and wholesale brokerage, announced today the addition of Michele Blanco as Senior Account Director on its Real Estate Team.
Blanco brings over 20 years of experience as an insurance professional in the real estate industry. Her role will focus on servicing title professionals by providing Errors & Omissions, Cyber Liability, Fidelity / Crime and Surety bonds nationwide.
“Michele has helped shape the insurance and bond space for title agents and attorneys over her career,” said Brian Norman, President of Norman-Spencer. “Her deep understanding of the business needs and pain points in this real estate niche gives her an upper hand compared to everyone else in the industry. We’re thrilled to have her part of our team.”
“I view my role as more of a business partner to title professionals and less as an insurance provider,” said Blanco. “Caring about my client’s best interest when it comes to cost and coverage is always a top priority, and that begins with building a strong relationship with who I service every day.”
Norman-Spencer continues to invest heavily in becoming the leading source of real estate and title agent E&O insurance in the nation. Blanco’s addition follows the 2018 acquisition of American Insurance Professionals (AIP) located in Arizona, a provider of E&O solutions to title agents nationwide.
