The Norman-Spencer CIS (Construction Insurance Solutions) Insurance Program is designed for a variety of artisan-type contractors, both residential and commercial, operating in states noted for Construction Defect litigation. Underwritten by a national, Non-admitted XV+ carrier, CIS program lead lines are GL and Excess Liability, with Property and Auto available. The CIS insurance program also features open distribution and is available in selected states.
