Norman-Spencer is working hand in hand with our AM Best Rating – A (Excellent) carrier to help with the placement of professional and general liability insurance for Home Inspectors. To meet the needs of our clients, the coverage includes the following highlights:

- Claims Made Error & Omission coverage including Personal Injury for limits up to $2,000,000 with deductibles ranging from $1,000 to $25,000.
- Automatic Extension of Coverage for Ancillary Inspection Professional Services where contracted by a home inspector. Inspection services include:
- Energy Audit Inspection
- Green Building Inspection
- Infrared Thermography Inspection
- Radon Inspection
- Rodent Inspection
- Norman-Spencer understands the needs of home inspectors. We can provide coverage for ancillary inspections including the following:
- Termite and Wood Destroying Insects/Organisms Inspection

- Copies of licenses, where state requires licensing
- Resumes of key personnel (if in business less than 3 years
- Loss information (past five years)
- Copy of pre-inspection agreement
- Board Investigation and Claim Supplemental form if required
- Expiring declaration page (if currently insured)

- General Liability coverage for limits up to $1,000,000 including premises and personal injury.
- Automatic Extension of Coverage for Ancillary Inspection Professional Services where contracted by a home inspector. Inspection services include : Carbon Monoxide, Energy Audit, Exterior Insulation Finishing System & Stucco, Green Building, Indoor Air Quality, Infrared Thermography, Pool or Spa, Radon or Natural Gas, and Rodent Inspections.
